Is this possible to make a mini webpage in a Snap project?

Various people have written web server capabilities in Snap! projects, such as this one: Website Maker - #18 by 18001767679. But if you want the world to be able to see your site, you have to get it hosted on a system that accepts incoming web connections. Most home/school computers have firewalls that disallow that.
