rules
1 there can be ONLY 4 leaders
2 dont cheat, like instantly winning, getting 10000 manpower of something like that
3 you will only get 500 money, 500 manpower, 250 resources and 100 population per message
4 for each message, you can do declare war, alliance, move armies, deploy armies, trade and spend money
5 dont vandalize this
diplomacy rules
1 you can only declare war on 1 country until they are defeated
2 you cant ally with all countries
military rules
1 you can only deploy 1-3 armies per message
2 each army spends 5 resources per message, be sure that all resources arent empty!
3 you can be a general for only 1 army, you cant rule taken armies
4 deploying a army will cost 50 manpower
