Licenses, COPPA, and other legalisms (Part 1)

What other site would he use?

Right. I'm not a PRO at HTML, so I wouldn't use replit. And others require giving my address, or giving a credit card number.

Where's the website?

https://snapjr.wixsite.com/snapjr/

Cool!

In what ways?

It's just a cool website and extension

EDIT: Not only cool, it has potential. I can see how this website can teach youngsters.

Almost all of the elements are animated on the homepage!

Ugh, snap! Jr. is intended towards minors. And minors can't use wix.

Yes, minors can use wix.

6. Users-of-users’ ‘Personal Information’

Wix may collect, store and process certain Personal Information of Users-of-Users (“Users-of-Users Information”), solely on our Users’ behalf and at their direction. For example, each of our Users is able to import their e-mail contacts from third-party services like Gmail, or otherwise collect and manage contacts via their User Website. Such contacts are then stored with Wix, on the User’s behalf.

Yes, but wix will.

I know that. What I mean is wix will violate COPPA.

If you would TAKE A LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, you will see that Iv'e taken away text fields that ask for names, ages, etc. for the login/signup

wix still collects personal info.

Just like EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE YOU VISIT.

Also, online contact info(including email) is considered personal.

Plus, this has to do with importing gmail contacts and other stuff having to do with with the Wix Dashboard. As it says:

The creator of the website will manage this.
