Licenses, COPPA, and other legalisms (Part 1)

"Help development" I am, but I don't have a wix account.
EDIT: This is related to Snap! Jr.

No, you don't. Accounts for the website is not wix, it for the website specifically.

What license is Snap! jr under?
Also,

My mom wont let me sign up for any random website.

I'm guessing AGPL.

wdym?

I don't have an account on the site.

No you don’t need a wix account…

Its not just a random website  .
It's just Snap! for younger kids.
If you sign up, I'll give the "development badge" to you, so your an official developer.

Um, I don't know. maybe just the licence Snap! uses? I don't want to discuss licenses right now

I think it would be a violation of COPPA if I did. It says they collect personal information is their privacy policy. (Sorry, replied to the wrong post.)

P.S. you should make a website with your own TOS and privacy policy.

It definitely should be! That's a requirement of free software licenses; any mods have to be under the same license.

He/she didn't change the LICENSE file.

Then that's the license it's under! :~)

Missleading. Some open source licenses(MIT, CC-0, etc.) have no share alike.

Yes. This is why people who believe in free software call it "free software" and not "open source." Open source licenses are useless for software freedom.

wdym?

In that case, yep. That's the licence!
