It depends on what domain you use. .com is more expensive then something like .net.

Google Domains sells most domains for ~$12 USD if it is somewhat hard to type and it's not in high demand. .com and .net domains are usually the same price there. Despite this, prices on GDomains can get up to hundreds of dollars.

This hosting service has servers for like, $5/month. You can use it to serve actual HTML and also as a multiplayer server.
