View my project , about lists

brainrot in a nutshell.

I'm concerned

Maybe, instead of getting mad, you could find out what they didn't like? I personally dislike what has been termed "brainrot". I think that this was what @nerdiot was saying. However, I would like to note (as nerdiot noted) that I like the premise of the project itself. It was interesting how you combined possibilities to construct real-sounding sentences using lists. You certainly did a good enough job that I couldn't tell until I looked in the project code.

I understand that you might feel offended or unhappy about what nerdiot said, especially if you put a lot of time into the project, but I think you need to learn how to take criticism without getting too mad and rude. "shut up" (and swearing) is just going to make the situation more standoff-ish and antagonize someone you could have learned from. Maybe next time you could ask what they didn't like. If you want people to like your projects, the best way to do so would be to find out what people like.

To @nerdiot: Just saying "I really don't like this project," without saying why is probably not the best way to go either. I did appreciate that you made sure to balance your post with something you liked though.

Don’t say that

What happened to

If you are unable to behave, you likely will be silenced or suspended from the community. So don't do that again.

Sorry. My apologies to @masontc.

I'm confused, how is this about lists? this seems more like a joke.

Look at the code. They have lists of options for the different components of what the characters are saying, and then randomly select an item from each list and join the sentence together.

that I know. i misunderstood the title and thought that the project itself would be about showcasing lists, since honestly I've gotten used to lists being so trivial to the code of a snap project, so I didn't think of lists in the code making it a project "about" lists. sorry to both you and the OP :)

welp. thats enough internet for me today. i've seen it all.
jokes aside this is actually a neat little project (besides the brainrot) showcasing an interesting way of using lists
