Some Changes in SciSnap!

Hello,
there are a few changes at SciSnap!

• There are three new blocks to configure SciSnap! for different purposes: dynamically delete or create categories, hide blocks, show blocks, ... For security reasons, JS must be activated.
• Minor changes to the blocks are made “under the surface”. Block signatures and JS library remain unchanged.
  -The 99 examples have been updated to the current Snap! version and now use the Snap! library without activating JS.

Also, I noticed that the dropdown menu for categories takes a while to load. Here is a faster version using hyperblocks:

Hi, I'm wondering why this is - you can already

without JS. could the JS rule please be lifted for those four examples?
