where and how do I get that browser
i have no idea as i dont own switch, but i am sure you can search it up on youtube
If you use that one wifi router that set its login page to that web browser than yeah because the switch os is built off android it’s basically just the android web browser
oh
well do you know how I could access anything outside of the browser
You mean like, the Nintendo switch part of the switch?
yes
We bought a domain, so now you can find Snap! Legacy on http://snaplegacy.lunava.io/
It supports all browsers, and automatically redirects to https if the browser supports it.
thanks. what do you think on featuring this? also, can we make mirror website and cloud?
Nice.
DNS poisioning & the privacy policy
We can't exactly add it to the Snap! featured projects because it's not a Snap! project. I found a button "make staff color" in the forum and I clicked it on the OP. I don't know what that actually does or what it's supposed to mean, though...
You can and may totally make your own mirror sites; all our code is free (GPL) software. Just make it really clear that you're not the official Snap! site/cloud.
Prerty sure they meant put a link to it in the footer where snapinator, smerge, and other stuff is.
Yeah they said that earlier. Ask again after it has some actual users. So far we have no reason to believe it works generally. :~)
How about you test it yourself? You know much more about testing Snap! than we do! (we are still gonna test how it performs)
I don't have a zillion old computers with a zillion old browsers! You need to get a horde of people testing it.
Are you serious? You have broken Snapinator, and codification (i say that 3 times already) and other things up there on the website, but when it comes to add some active project you refuse, saying that cant be trusted it and would need to be tested? then why wouldnt you test it then?
JUST transpiling syntax brings us from Firefox 74 to Firefox 34. It means that it will work the same. It doesnt use any polyfills or anything like that. It is already a win-win, you do not lose anything, but give people more support. Using pollyfills, refactoring, and other quirks we lower the support from Firefox 34 to 4. That it where i cannot be sure about performance, but it works good from i have seen.
You can take and host it by yourselves if you want too, if you do not trust us.
SNAP! on WII UPDATE
didnt work
i dont think the wii has a canvas
element
and yes I do have a homebrewed wii
pretty sad. is there any error console on wii to see why it did not work? but yeah i suspect it is because it is not actually an opera browser, but some cut off version of it for Wi, that doesnt have canvas.
BUT! You can cheat
ive done both of those with my wii
I watch mjd all the time
yay! lets see if you can get opera 10.70 build 3488 on Windows 95! but i think it would be slow.. better try linux, though i have no idea what browser versions it would have.
