you complained that Snap! cant implement new Scratch stuff without putting it in a library, but they literally can, the text to speech is already like "built-in" in code, they just decide not to make it primitive block

Uh, no sections in the block select isn't the same as a LIBRARY that you have to go to a menu outside the editor to be able to get the blocks?
