Yeah I noticed that too. Once the project finishes loading you can scroll down. But I agree it's a bug. It may be a browser bug rather than a Snap! bug, in which case we can't fix it, but I'll look into it.
I do not know which one it is but I rarely see this.
But this only happens on snap, no other webpage
