there is no app for snap (as far as I know). Snap is created as a webpage. To use snap offline, you have to download the source code, and run the html file for snap. Even though it's offline, it's still in the web browser.
Snap does not have mobile support, so a snap app would be very unlikely.

You can take the URL for a shared project and put it on your mobile device's desktop through its browser. We are unlikely ever to be a native app for phones, because it would be a huge project, we don't have time, and in the case of iOS devices it costs money.
