I opened Snap for the first time in a month (personal not school) Chromebook and..?
This has happened on my phone before, but typically clicking on the missing parts fixes it. But this? No dice. (keep in mind this is a blank project)

If you can check the Inspect menu, try opening the console. Maybe a fatal error has occurred. But if the console is disallowed, then we have no idea. 
I didn't even notice that. Can you post the log here if there was one?
I opened it on my school just now and everything is fine, so idk
It’s probably because a bug with the new version usually to fix that I do themorph.rerender() but you can’t just go into snap! Code and modify that so I have no idea so sorry also it’s a morphic bug
EDIT: Try dragging a block above the categories and it will come back bit by bit

I didn't have the time to refresh originally. Snap is normal now, but it was still a weird bug. From my minimal testing, everything was responsive besides what was not there.
