I saw that jens made this post about whatever this is, i'm guessing boostrap is that feature in snap 10, but what is pyret?

how is pyret (and bootstrap, if I was wrong about what I said about it being a snap 10 feature) supposed to be implemented in snap, not including codification and JS since we have been able to do that for years
