Unsaved Project Name on Language Change

An unsaved project's name in any language stays as that language's default unsaved filename upon changing languages.

If unsaved, it should also change to the new language's default unsaved filename.

I feel like this was reported before and @jguille2 made a pull request to fix this.

Well, you might have found it but since then (2017-2019) it has NOT been fixed, even though it was closed !

The issue in S4A repo is closed, not the pull request!
