Help with Snap! Snap! Editor

The problem I am having is the fact that the Snap! Unicode block won't work with modern Unicodes, like 06B4 (ڴ). It seems to use only numbers (like 1716). Is there a way to work around the fact that it won't work?

I have tried the normal Unicode block.

As you probably already know, 0b64 is a hex number. You need a block to get the number the hex is representing.
