Facto: It’s sort of a law that websites that store information about people that they cant be under 13. It’s some act to protect children. But what ever your using must of bought some sort of license to allow under 13 year olds.

I just created an account for NotABug, and it never asked what age I am, and I even checked in the user settings, nowhere it asks you to put your age.

Technically, CCTV cameras capturing video of children and uploading it to whatever security camera server is a violation of COPPA
