It's been halfway through April 2022 and the Topic of the Month still hasn't been changed!

Look; I get it, the mods may be too busy or just don't have any ideas as to what the Topic of the Month should be, but @sladescar suggested that we should be able to choose the Topic of the Month! So why not let us choose?
