Time in between replying to people

Hi,

Whenever I reply to people and stuff in the forum, it always tells me to wait 1 minute before replying again as I'm replying too quickly. I understand why it has been put there, but I was thinking that the mods of the community could lower the time limit? It really frustrates me when I have to wait every time before I reply.
