In the forums, there is a bug. When you wait for a new or updated topic in a category, you'll see the "See # new or updated topics" message. But instead of only one being shown, there are two of these in my display.
Only one "See # new or updated topics" message should be shown. But if there are two, clicking the first "See # new or updated topics" message does nothing, but the other will show you new/updated topics.
Can you fix this?

I didn't get the bug, so it was probably just some bug that happened on your end. If it's not reproducible, then there's no reason to fix it.
No, try go to a category with sub-categories, like "Bug reports" or "Help with Snap!", and wait for a new or updated topic. You should get two of these messages instead of one.
You should be reporting this on the discourse forum, not here.
