Text to Speech Libraries

How could I use the "Text to Speech" extension/library in SCRATCH? It works much better than the one in SNAP for my language (Romanian).

Well, scratch uses aws (Amazon Web Services) to get the speech. You'll have to do a whole lot to get it work though.
