Sure, you can use Snap! for anything. The copyright acknowledgement should read

Snap! is copyright 2010-2021 University of California, Berkeley.

(No such thing as "Berkeley University.")

What do you mean by "enhance"? These blocks just expose the Javascript speech API in browsers.
