Team Among Us! (Part 1)

ok...hopefully the rest of our team comes back

The image for the map is also wrong. It shows a collision map, but usually there is also a seperate visual layer. So what I did, is make the collisions visible and nothing solid. The visible maps are one of the few things I haven't found on TSR.

Why did it freeze your computer? Did it use too much CPU power, or too much memory? Did it work in the end, crash snap, or crash your entire browser?

Why though? How good is your CPU? How much RAM do you have? Was either of those maxed out? Try closing other applications and then running it.

EDIT: I have made it use the graphic effects. I now only need costumes for red and maroon. It is less than 1.5 MiB. Please create a wiki account so we can use the wiki forums instead of snap ones.

I am happy,

btw, is anyone doing Among Us sounds? I can't, I was just making sure.

Same! I missed everyone!

OK, that is good I guess. I wonder how we are going to squish all of the parts of coding into one project when we are done.

I got it down to 1.5 MiB without reducing the quality by much. Same project.

Especially with the size limit, and Among Us is a pretty big game.

I am working on firebase. Are we going to use netsblox, or will we continue like we are now?

Idk either. I only know JS and Snap.

Netsblox is a mod of snap that, I think, supports live coding. The problem, is that it is set up differently from snap, and projects will take a bit of tweaking to convert back from netsblox to snap.

What server location should we request? US or Europe?

Awww, man! I just realized my username all of a sudden turned all lowercase.... :(

It no longer looks good.

Anyone who is working on the project, I will share the firebase with you if you put your google account here. If not, you should still be able to use it though.

You can join the firebase project with your google account, if any. It will only work if it is on google.com, and not an organizational account.

Is a Among Us fan game legal? I'm not joining unless it is.

I think it is. There is even a duplicate on Khan Academy,

Among Us Latest (Now in HTML)

Made using: Khan Academy Computer Science

It's not finished yet though. Nobody got sued or anything for making that.

Short answer: It's legal for sure if not published. If published, it's legal unless they complain, in which case we have to unpublish it.

Published as in available to anyone, not published within snap.

I'll get to finishing the gamepad library tomorrow. The problem right now is that I need to figure how to run the callback every time with the correct variables
