I had an idea for detection. Import sprites of reactor, engine, etc. and say
if touching engine
point towards engine
turn 180
move 5 steps
turn 180
and that would make it so that you could say
if mouse down and not touching engine or boundary sprite
move, etc.
Touching is not a good block to use, but it could work. You also only see other players when there is not a wall between you and the other player.
I got a chromebook how do I rip the graphics
Use google play to install among us, and then take screenshots in freeplay mode to make maps of the skeld, polus, and mirahq.
hmmm download tasks here just to help you out https://www.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/amongus/sheet/141567/
I downloaded it, but it doesn't have maps. I don't actually have access to it through the network filter, but I downloaded it yesterday.
oh ok, im getting maps
what!!!?????, why not just use an emulator instead?
If you can do that, it also works.
an emulator is free, but a chrome book is expensive
XP I gots a chromebook but it for school
off topic
nope, they needed someone with a chromebook to rip sprites -_- and im still doing it
If you can get the sprtes, how it was done doesn't matter.
quick question-how would you even add multiplayer
With mosquito.
so i'm guessing online multiplayer wouldn't be possible yet using current programming languages
we could use cloud storage.
test.mosquito.org is an open source MQTT server. That is what I will be using.
so will we have to make an account just for that
