guys keep in mind the if on edge c block I my first ever c block! so it is plain that im not that good at it.
yeah... I didn't really pay attention when I was looking at peoples custom c blocks. that's how I learned to do c blocks.
One benefit of that style is that it turns truthy and falsy values into just true and false, which BTW Python has a builtin function for: bool(val)

That's true, but almost all the time what people put into the Boolean input slot is a predicate, so they already have True or False.
