One of my students is unable to log in to her Snap account. We have been using Snap in my classroom for a while. Her account has been verified We used Snap in class yesterday and she had no trouble. Today, she could not log in to her account. We tried resetting her password, but it says her username does not exist. How can I get her logged back in?
