Very nice; it gets a lot of mileage out of a simple idea. I'm wondering why you prefer one big script to a bunch of WHEN KEY PRESSED scripts. (This isn't a criticism; I'm really wondering. I haven't tried it that way.)
It seems to me that some of the costumes are bigger than others, probably because of a flaw in our paint editor. (This happens to me sometimes.) You might want to compensate by keeping a list of normalizing size numbers for each costume and multiply the user's mouse setting by the appropriate value.
