Anyway, in the snap editor, click on the snap logo, then click reference manual.
It's in the help directory in the Snap! github repo, as a .docx file.
It's been on my list since forever to convert the manual to TeXinfo or some such format, so that it can be rendered as HTML as well as PDF. But it's not easy to do that in a way that keeps the PDF looking nice.
What's wrong with the rendering on your computer? It looks fine for me.
