what’s the point of it being “cool” if it is pointless? I’m not saying that this idea is pointless, I just don’t yet understand why it should be added and what it would look like.
Snapblocks is focused on creating an accurate representation of snap blocks from text. Creating custom shapes that are impossible to create in snap itself is out of the scope for snapblocks.
Requesting a feature because "it'll be cool" is not usually a good enough reason to add it. This great post by @bh applies to snapblocks as well, or at least the general theme (snapblocks is not made by the snap team).
but you can merge block types by enabling “mix block types” toggle.

If snap adds it, then yes, but I seriously doubt that's ever going to happen.
If you want it in snapblocks, go make a fork and add it yourself.

That’s an interesting idea! Being able to merge block types could really open up some creative possibilities, especially for simplifying complex scripts. It might be tricky for the devs to implement without breaking existing logic, but I agree it would be a fun and useful addition.

I don’t think there would be any use of a cap boolean would be useful, since it would have to connect to a command block, which would make no sense. A hat reporter also makes no sense, since that would also have to connect to a command block, ruining the point.
