A student of mine (Username 26rossc) is building a project in Snap and just did about an hour of work and then the website froze and now he can't click on anything so he can't save his work or export it. The name of the project is Quilt and it should have a Mt Washington block in the Pen section (so you can see if you have the most recent version when you open it). Is there anything we can do to save that work?
Sorry for the delayed response. No, alas, there are ways to recover if you switch to a different project without saving, but not if you just (as far as Snap! knows) disappear.
