We cannot endorse a chat mechanism, Discord or otherwise, that we don't control.
If someone were to set up a Discord about Snap!, and if it were findable however other Discords are findable, and it clearly indicated that it is not officially sanctioned by the University of California, I don't suppose we could do anything about it. We wouldn't participate, though.
