I cant really hide/show Lists no matter what i do it sometimes always shows and the next day the list just doesnt show
Can anyone help?
It can get a bit confusing as there are [edit - at least] two methods of hiding a list watcher.
Can you show us exactly what you're doing to hide/show the list?
A third way:
I think dragging watchers into the palate is unintended because it deletes every morph dragged to it, including the watchermorphs, but it doesn't actually mark it as hidden.
What if you show a temporary variable? Then dragging it off is the only way to hide it later on.
No, you can just run hide variable [ V] (without setting the variable name to anything), and it'll hide all variables, including temporary variables.
Create a morph and then drag it into the pallet. It disappears. Everything disappears. It's likely not intended but there's no reason to try and fix it.

I didn't know that! But if you don't want to hide all the variables (if you have some that you want to keep), then dragging it off into the palette is still nice.
It's intended. If the checkmark isn't turned off when you do it, that's a long-ago bug that I thought was long since fixed. :~/
