Short Talk: Custom Blocks Experiments

Abstract:

These experiments are to show how useful, fun and creative it is to use custom blocks within your projects. The list experiment, for example, shows how a custom list block can be used to detect whether a list lacks a certain piece of data within a simple shooter game.

I enjoyed creating these experiments and I hope that will help other people (and maybe me in some circumstances) to use custom blocks to simplify programs. However, the custom blocks and programs that I created within my series of experiments are very simple, and I understand that there are almost certainly more complicated - but more efficient - ways to use custom blocks in programs, so the series could act as a beginner’s tutorial or something along those lines.
