I combined multiple single-channel samples of the same sample rate and played the samples at the same sample rate. However, upon playing it, it got lower pitched. When I switched the rate from 44100 to 48000, it worked. However, it should stay at 44100 Hz and play, no?
I have a feeling it’s because browsers like to upscale the sample rate to 96000 Hz when you get the samples, so the original sample rate is lost.
