Relabel function

I know about the relabel function in the right-click menu when you right-click on a block, but I can't seem to find any info on it anywhere, even in the reference manual. (also, what category does this go in?)

It changes a block into another one. For example, if you have ((5) * (3)) and you want to change it to ((5) + (3)), you just right click on the * block, click "relabel" and click the + block.

Page 109 for primitive relabel, 110 for custom block relabel. You scared me by saying that, but sure enough there's an index entry for relabel, pointing at both those pages.
