I suggest that if you define a global variable from within a procedure block using a local variable. That the change globally should be displayed on the variable tabs. Especially in the category for lists since I made a code that worked and spent 20 minutes attempting to find the error when in reality the list did change but the list variable display didn't match. This would help majorly in the category of program consistency regarding the snap program.
