If you want all the colors to intensely colorful,
If you want to include darker, lighter, and grayer colors too, then also
SET PEN (SATURATION) TO (PICK RANDOM 1 TO 100)
SET PEN (BRIGHTNESS) TO (PICK RANDOM 1 TO 100)
