The blocks return anything you need from the server. The reporter reports text for returning posts and lists for returning all posts currently on the server.
The command block sends commands to the server such as creating new posts.

im have no clue what this is referring to but I can almost guarantee I was being sarcastic. and for the off chance that i wasn't, any way that our views lined up does not mean I agree with or support his views altogether. if you have a question about my views specifically or something I said ask me and ill tell you what I think, but other than that nobody speaks for me but myself.
