I am trying to create a Announcement System, I made the both Tamil and English. But I can't make for Hindi. It would be much appreciated if you add the Hindi support too.

Yes, @snapenilk solution is your workaround.
I only want to note that we built the dropdown language list options with the Snap! translation languages list. I think it's still a good criteria. I will add Hebrew (our last new language).
And then, I suggest you to build a Hindi translation!! If somebody wants to do it and needs help, just question this on our forums.
