For some reason reminds me of a compass (as in, a tool for drawing arcs at a width). That makes me want to make a compass/straightedge consutrction project.. I might do that.
I think the title is edited by the moderator from “Look at my cool project!” → “Outstretched arm” because the title must be matched with the project???
I think so, as a title like “Here’s a new project!” doesn’t tell you much about what the project’s actually about.
The title just has to tell someone about the project or make it stand out from others at least. It doesn't have to match with the project title 1:1.
Imagine if the forum homepage looked like:
- Check out my project!!!
- I need help
- I made a new project!
- A suggestion
I also imagined this
- My new project
- Check this out
- I need some help
- There goes the project!
- There’s a new event
- Look at my cool project! (Outstretched arm)
