Outlines and Halos library

In the Snap! v10 changelog, it mentions a new library called 'Outlines and Halos.' I can't seem to find it though. Is it still in Snap and if so how do I access it?

I think it's referring to the pixels library, as that a functions for outlines, however I'm not sure what halo would be.

A halo is like this:

You get a sort of halo around a sprite as you're setting up sprite nesting:
Monosnap Snap! Untitled 2024-11-07 11-40-11
but (to my surprise) it's not the same sort of fuzzy halo.

I don't know why the library isn't there, but I'm sure it will be...

I know what a halo is, I just wasn't sure if it was in the pixels library, or if there was something similar.

which can also be received on double clicking it.

I feel like it's in the GitHub repo. Someone, search for library files (XMLs for blocks and JS if it uses src_load) please? I don't have any other technology. D:

I would do it right now, but GitHub is blocked for me on my school Chromebook, so I'll have to do it when I get home.

Oh, haha, good catch! The library is there, but not in the library browser dialog. Gee, thanks for the report. I'll add it right away to dev, so it'll be available with the next release (upcoming shortly). The outlines and halos library was a special request by @tamaraniac and I'd promised her to include it. Seems I did, but didn't include it in the catalog yet. Phew!

[edit] the Outlines and Halos library is now available in dev underneath the Pixels library. You might have to delete cached files in your browser to see it. Thanks, again, for letting me know!
