I made my own digital oscilloscope using the microphone. I’ve always wanted to make one, but never got to it until now.

If the CRT effects are too laggy, you can hold down on the screen with the mouse for 3 seconds at any time (including the loading screen) to disable them. The effects are generated before it starts recording audio or on the fly.

I’m confused; that screenshot doesn’t look like a function. Time seems to be going from right to left sometimes.

there’s quite a bit of effects applied when using it. holding down on the screen with the mouse should remove these effects and make it more clear.

Do You want an artistic impression of the highly distorted, oversteered, CRT scope or really want to look at the sound samples?

If you press and hold the mouse button - it will eventually change to a normal oscilloscope trace

both; you can disable the effects by holding down the mouse button for a while if you wish to see the audio samples without all the extra stuff
