Snap! doesn't have cloud variables unlike Scratch. However, you can imitate cloud variables using the MQTT library. I don't know much about it, but @sathvikrias (already in this thread) and others were able to make a project that uses MQTT to synchronize multiple people's coding work in a project. They should be able to help you figure that out.
