Snap 10.3.0 just released, and one thing it added was Santa hats!
You can enable this in Options
> Looks > Santa Hats
This changes the top of hat blocks to some image relating to Christmas
Not only that, but "Make a block" is now "Bake a block", which now opens the "Block Bakery".
I never thought I'd see the day where @jens adds a fun holiday related thing to snap. What a great time to be living in.
Boy do I have a lot to add to snapblocks now...

I caught a script pic using glitches that move the prototype hat out of the Block Bakery and another glitch to get the signal hat too.

I'm definitely gonna be stealing the colors from the hats for my libraries...

Just looked at santa.js and I'm just ever so slightly disappointed that there aren't any unused hats. But I still love this theme!
I hope Jens does things for Snap! for April Fools like probably remaking the cat hats! :3
I think he (and me) would rather not copy scratch's april fools joke. Plus, it makes a whole lot more sense in scratch than snap, since their mascot is a cat (snap's is a creature that represents a lambda).
Lambda hats would be cool, but not quite so funny a joke, because lambdas are related to script hats. :~)
The infamous Method Editor is still untouched:
No, this is not a joke. What is convincing for this to be is that if you toggle the setting while the editor is open, it will not dynamically change the title of the dialog.
