Looks good. However, you have a 
in every sprite, with no way to know in what order they will run. Just the sprites in the order you want, and that is saved with the project.

You're allowed to use spaces in custom blocks and variables, you know.
Yeah, i know, but not in all programming languages... It's my standard...
With this, if it is 7:30 the hour arrow is in the middle of 7 and 8, like a real clock... you will understand when you add it...
