Which blocks are you talking about? Chances are, you might be able to create them yourself.

If it's so simple to create by yourself, then there's no reason for it to be added as a primitive.

snap doesnt add things just because.

originally, BYOB (predecessor of snap) only added 7 blocks + make a block feature to turn basically everything first class.

Snap only adds NECESSARY blocks, and the reason they can do this is BECAUSE of the make a block feature - just create your own like you just did.
