Yesterday, (or maybe earlier today) it was working, but now it's giving the 502 again.

It’s totally accessible from where I live (W-Europe) , though strangely the “latest news” is from August, 2023. Has Netblocks been blocked itself in the US? Or is “Netblocks down” a meme?

Ah, I see. I was looking at netblocks.org.
