I searched the forum but cannot find an answer
I made something quite simple: a spirit moving in a random direction, that changes costume when touching another spirit.
I then made clones and got is running. it works.
But not matter what, the movement is really slow, not smooth, as if there where way to much computations going on. But online 15 clones.
What did i do wrong? How to fix this?
Here is the project:
I think I heard somewhere that <touching color[#ff0000]?> was really slow, but honestly ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yes, that block is slow.
in snap, they are sprites.
Ah sorry for the typo!
Ok so it is that specific block that is slow. I changed my code looking for the costume attribute of neighbour item instead, and now it is much better. Thanks!
