The first thing to try: Click on your project name in the Open dialog window, then click the "Recover" button. That will present some old versions, if we have any stored. Try loading one of those.
Don't save the project again. That may eliminate a recoverable version.
If Recover doesn't help, then post in the Bug Reports category, including your username (not your password!) and the project name.
