I've been making a little class that checks javascript and can halt a Process at any point if any malicious javascript is running.
I've made sure to make it stop a process if it does to try to prevent it from running.
Oh, and I've built a list of strings called Blocked Javascript..
Once I'm done with the thing and it's up and going I'll put the source up.
