Make the Snap! editor mobile freindly

I think the Snap! editor should be mobile freindly. It pretty much already is except for one major drawback: you can't type. I'm not sure why that is, but the on-screen keyboard just won't pop up when you tap on the block inputs or anywhere else you would expect it to. There are also some other things that need to be adjusted like smoother scrolling on a touch-screen. The UI might also need to be updated for full mobile suport, but I think it's worth it.

That's because they use custom text input controls.
It can probably be fixed by focusing the textarea when someone clicks on the text inputs.

It was done already, as external paste operation uses hidden textarea. Maybe there are new obstacles introduced for hidden page element in a mobile browsers.

I mean, it sometimes works if you are using a physical keyboard hooked up to your mobile device, but most people don't have Bluetooth keyboards.

I don't know why in mobile browsers the on-screen one doesn't pop up.
